If your video is in low quality, meaning blurry, grainy and displaying blocks; In most cases this is the quality of the video itself and cannot be fixed.

You may have a conflict with your video card drivers or codecs. Check to ensure your Video Card drivers are up to date!
If you are getting swirls of colors or blocks of colors; Your video may have codec conflicts. (May happen after installing a codec pack)
If you are recording from a digital camera or camcorder please check your video settings. Increase your video quality / resolution for a optimum video experience.
If the video was improperly encoded and will remain distorted throughout the video or portions of the video. In this case it cannot be fixed
