If you have multiple colors or splotches on your video then we suggest you check your video card drivers. If you have the latest drivers we do not suggest you install codecs unless you are positive it is a codec issue.
 The most common issue is you have a conflict with your video card drivers or codecs. Check to ensure your Video Card drivers are up to date! |
| The video was improperly encoded and will remain distorted throughout the video or portions of the video. In this case it cannot be fixed. |
| Possible conflict with the codecs installed on your pc. If you have recently installed codecs or codec packs we suggest you un-install and install the specific codec for that video. |
| Do not confuse distorted video for low quality! If the video is not showing abnormal colors then it may be in low quality. |
