Specific Video Issues Video issues can range from no picture and no audio, to choppy video and distorted colors. Select the issue you are having below to better determine the cause and solution.

No picture / video display. Audio works. Picture displays but there is no audio. Very low volume during play. The Video is very choppy / lags. Video locks up at a certain point in the video. Very low brightness and can hardly see the picture. The video contains distorted colors or blocky. Low quality video. (blurry, grainy) Missing codec error. Licence error. (.WMV) Corrupted video error. Invalid / unknown file type. Unsupported format.
